We want you to have the simplest, easiest buying experience possible. But we know you might have a few questions. Read on for details about purchasing, shipping, returns, and more.

Standard delivery is free for all online orders over 1000 RMB . You can upgrade your delivery method for a faster and/or more convenient experience for an additional charge. Delivery options and timeframes available for the items in your order and for your location are presented during chat with managers.

Delivery Timeframes for Engraved and Customized Products
Engraved products and Customized Maxx items adds a bit more time to prepare your product. The delivery date is updated dynamically during configuration and will be reflected on your order confirmation email.

Notes about delivery
Payment methods may affect the final shipment date to allow for processing.
Maxx uses the best China  carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time.
We do not deliver to P.O. box addresses.
Shipping to Dubai,Europe 
Average transit time is 2–5 days.
Carriers deliver to airport  once per week.
Overnight shipping is available to some zip codes for an additional cost.

Our China,European,Russian and UAE  warehouses ship orders in 24-48hrs, business days (M-F) excluding holidays. Please note that delivery timing after a shipment leaves our warehouse is dependent on carriers.

A Note on Delivery Times

It’s been a weird few years. We’ve had boats blocking canals, major flooding, volatile financial markets, and dramatic upheavals in global supply chains. (What’s that, also a pandemic?) We are working to ensure our manufacturing and warehouse employees are safe at all costs and ask for your patience as we deliver your products as quickly as possible.

Holiday Shopping

As mentioned above—postal carriers across the globe are also incredibly strained this year. Some expedited delivery options will take longer than expected, and we cannot guarantee Next Day, Second Day, or other Expedited shipping dates. We recommend ordering early to ensure holiday delivery—no later than December 10th. That said, we couldn’t imagine a better gift (for a friend, loved one, or yourself) than a Maxx product.

Standard Return Policy
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased online from official Maxx selling platforms:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from official Maxx selling platforms can be returned to Maxx. Maxx products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with whole set , stickers  and documentation that were included when you received it.

We offer full refunds for items returned within 14 days of delivery. If over 14 days have gone by since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as the product serial number. Please do not send your purchase back until we instruct you to do so.

Partial Refunds

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged, as outlined in our limited lifetime warranty policy. You may also exchange your product within 14 days of delivery in the event of a mistake in ordering as long as the item is unused, in the condition it was received, and in original packaging. If you need to exchange an item or need a replacement part, send us an email at [email protected].

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: [email protected].

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If Maxx provides your return shipping label and you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item or that we will reimburse or replace your item in the event it is lost in transit.

Tax rate
In accordance with state and local law, your online purchases from …. will be taxed using the applicable sales tax or seller’s use tax rate for your shipping address, or the  address where the item is picked up.

The tax listed during checkout is only an estimate. In and , sales tax is collected on the unbundled price of …….

Your invoice will reflect the final total tax, which includes state and local taxes, as well as any applicable rebates or fees.

Tax-exempt orders
To place an order on behalf of a tax-exempt organization or individual, please call an …. You will need to provide proof of state tax-exempt status for the state where the product is being shipped. The organization or individual name on the order must exactly match the state tax-exempt certificate. Federal tax exemption certificates are not applicable.

Note, for corporate tax-exempt purchases, only corporate-issued credit cards for the applicable tax-exempt organization will be accepted as a method of payment (i.e., no cash, personal check, or personal credit cards will be accepted).

Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections

Maxx reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the official Maxx selling platform  at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the Payment & Pricing (Opens in a new window) page. In the event you have been charged more than the posted price for a product in a Maxx official selling platform , please see a Manager for a refund of the overcharge.

Price protection is only available for up to 10 units of a particular product. Additionally, we may require that you have the product with you or otherwise have proof of possession when requesting price protection.

Prices shown are in RMB . If you are paying for your order with an international Visa, MasterCard, or American Express credit card, please note that the purchase price may fluctuate with exchange rates. In addition, your bank or credit card issuer may also charge you foreign conversion charges and fees, which may also increase the overall cost of your purchase. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer regarding these fees.
